The Neurospiritual Psychology Institute is guided by an Advisory Board composed of experienced educators, ministry leaders, scholars, and professionals who provide strategic counsel, academic insight, and ethical guidance in support of the Institute's mission. The Advisory Board works collaboratively with the Founder and Executive Director to promote academic excellence, institutional integrity, responsible governance, and the continued advancement of Neurospiritual Psychology.

The Board's responsibilities include reviewing academic policies, advising on curriculum development, supporting research initiatives, evaluating professional certification standards, promoting ethical practices, strengthening community partnerships, and providing recommendations that contribute to the Institute's long-term growth and educational quality.

The Advisory Board also participates in the Institute's degree and credential review process. Degree recommendations are made according to the Institute's established academic policies and evaluation criteria. For honorary, special, or institutional distinctions—such as the Doctorate by Published Works and Institutional Building—the Board reviews the candidate's body of work, scholarly publications, educational leadership, institutional contributions, and overall impact in relation to the standards established by the Institute.

Following this review, the Advisory Board makes its recommendation to the Office of the Founder and Executive Director, and degrees are conferred in accordance with the Institute's Charter, governing policies, and official academic procedures.

In recognition of his published scholarship, development of the Neurospiritual Psychology framework as taught by the Institute, educational leadership, and the establishment of the Neurospiritual Psychology Institute, the Advisory Board approved the conferral of the Doctorate by Published Works and Institutional Building upon Dr. Jesse Edward Lee. This degree reflects the Institute's recognition of his scholarly publications, institutional leadership, and foundational contributions to the Institute's educational mission.
